I started this business in hopes and dreams of creating my passion of baking into a business reality. I love living here locally in the Roslyn and Cle Elum area knowing I live in a tight knit supportive community. My husband, Henry, who is the co-owner (and a Roslyn native) and I moved to the area about 8 years ago and would have never thought we would be so involved in starting a business in our county.
meet the face behind the wildflora bakery
I was born and raised Filipino-American and a Miami, Florida native. Some aspects of the cafe have touches of latin, asian and filipino culture. The food is a vibrant mix of filipino flavored desserts to latin food and pastries. The WildFlora Bakery is very passionate of reaching out to the community in way of culture, food and unity.
If you ever talk to me, I am quite an outgoing person who can basically chit chat about anything. I love having lunches with friends, quiet walks in Roslyn, raising my chickens and of course nerding out on animes.
