Our turnaround time for any small custom dessert is a minimum of two weeks. Our turnaround time for any catering orders is a minimum of one week. If needed earlier, please email hello@thewildflorabakery.com and we can accommodate as best as we can! Some seasons are busier than other seasons and we do our best to take as many orders as we can with quality and care. Some desserts do take a quite bit of planning such as pavlovas, tarts and caneles. These special treats need extra loving!

We are located at 110 S Oakes Avenue, Suite 150 , Cle Elum, Washington, 98922. Just take exit 84 off the i90 going westbound. We are located at the Midtown Depot Building.

We currently do not offer shipping on any of our desserts but hope to one day in the future.

Traditional French macarons, like we bake, are made of almonds, sugar, salt and egg whites. The fillings are made, depending on flavor, with sugar, egg yolks, dairy, fruits, tree nuts, peanuts.

Yes, our macarons are gluten-free. They are made of almond, powdered sugar and egg whites. Our kitchen and bakery is not a certified gluten-free kitchen.

To keep your macarons freshest, store them in an airtight container for up to 1-3 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 month in the freezer.

Orders should be placed at least 2 weeks in advanced. Orders not placed within that time frame will result to a $20 rushing fee. Catering orders are at least 1 month in advanced. Catering orders not places within that time frame will result to a $100 rushing fee.
